The Societies Team can help with running your society, re-affiliation, room bookings, events and general questions.

Include your society’s name and a clear description of what you need. Use the shared society support address rather than emailing student staff directly.
Rubric and HubSpot support
We use Rubric and HubSpot. For help with society-related access or processes, contact societyhelp@lancastersu.co.uk so the team can direct your question appropriately.
Visit in person
Find the Societies Team on the ground floor of the Students’ Union building, next to the Learning Zone (MazeMap Link: https://link.mazemap.com/DSaUfZvS). Ask at the help desk when you arrive.
For a time-sensitive question, visit during office hours rather than waiting for an email response. Email the team with any non-urgent questions, or to arrange a meeting with them. Message before making a Teams call to check someone is available. The team does not monitor emails over the weekend. Contact University Security for immediate room-booking or campus safety concerns when the team is unavailable. If someone is in immediate danger please follow the Wellbeing Emergency Policy.
