Terms of Reference/Constitution

All groups have a Terms of Reference/Constitution which defines their objectives, the Executive Committee roles and responsibilities, and ensures the group is operating within the Students' Union's policy. 

It should also be a document that allows your group to develop and grow. Each year we ask you to resubmit it through the re-affiliation process so that we can make sure your group is still acting within the Students' Union's guidelines as well as allowing us to keep a record on our systems.
